hi team need help

1. Power off device, wait 10-15 seconds
2. Not hold any key on device ( OLD devices - 1 : VOL+ , 2 : VOL- )
3. Insert cable in device!

looks like somebody played with nvram,
or flashed wrong flash file inside.
