Member: 130995 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 35,228 | Hello, Please, read flash from A211 like ZTE-225 and send full flash backup to [email protected] so we will be able to check file. Flash reading is 100% safe process. |

Member: 557841 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 22 | This model does not connected as vdf 225, but it was connected as zte a215. Flash was read and sent to your email. The name of the firmware read is very similar to a215. Please check it inside. If you can assure me that it is safe to unlock a211 as a215, I will try to unlock it. What unlock setting is more safe? Standard? Standard fast? I think 'read codes' is better option, but the phone shows 'Invalid SIM', so I need also info how to enter codes. Thank you in advance! |

Member: 557841 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 22 | Unlock done. It was pleasure to work with you. Guess you can add a new model in models list PS. There is a little bug (?) after unlock. Phone registers in my local networks and seems to work ok, but I have indication on the screen of completely different, alien network - 'T-Mobile AT' or 'A1'. There is no way to change it from menu, so I think it is firmware or ffs localization. What is your opinion, how to avoid of this misconvinience? |

Member: 130995 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 35,228 | Hello, Glad to hear about good results. As about network operator name: as I can understand your sim card registered in one network but phone show other network operator name. Is it true ? If yes, what is your local operator MCC-MNC and name ? We can try to check inside firmware what is built-in operator name inside firmware for this MCC-MNC. I can not promise anything for sure, but we will try. Also, please, write wrong network operator name exactly like you can see it on LCD. |

Member: 557841 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 22 | Yes, you do understand the problem correct. The phone isn't already in my hands, I cannot provide more experiments (client wants to try to use it in this state) so this info is for your further development of this model. I see 'A1' instead of 259-01 or its name (Voxtel, Orange), and 'T-Mobile AT' instead of 259-02 or its name (Moldcell). My ideas: - a211 has very limited providers list and indicates something nearest one (???) - unlock as a215 mess something in providers info area If phone come back to me, I will inform you. |

Member: 557841 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 22 | Well, to check we need phone before unlock with roaming card inside. As you can see both wrong providers are from Austria. So there is a big probability that firmware writers in ZTE mess austrian providers mcc. If so, a211 may be included in your models list for sure. Thank you! |
