Connect it in preloader mode not bootrom. When you connect it first its detected as bootrom, then it switch to preloder.

Try to delay your desired operation by 3 to 4sec. Meaning of its frp remove , plug phon first then after 3sec hit reset tab. It worked for me

Cm2mt2 have option to choise only one mode if you need
If you need Preloader mode choise only Preloader mode only in cm2mt2 and will not detect BROM if mobile boot by default in BR

This alcatel 9009g works different from other mobiles. Just to confirm what im saying , go to device manager then plug in you device and check how the driver switches from mtk usb device to mtk preloader port then it starts to show charging.
