I've got another alcatel i650x and I've flashed him but it's ask me a network key code.
On the bag of the phone I see this

I can not understand the problem well.
Several minutes ago your phone was "dead" and now it's ask for code

No you don't got it. This one is not the seem orange one this one is a black one.

A nother one and on the black one I got the network key code.
