Please, provide "Identify" log in boot mode and NVRAM backup as well.

Because you connect it not correct.
Follow software log hints and connect phone.
Re-insert battery before connect.

Use vol up for boot.yesterday i also face same problem not connecting i use vol down for boot but in 7715 vol up is boot key.
