Alcatel ot-222a - GSM-Forum

I got an ot-222a from Movistar Mexico for unlock. Direct unlock didn't work. I flashed it with the following 2 flash files:

222A-2BTLCO1-167_XO16NM02_JRD23_NEP_08A_PCB01_GSM_MT6223_S00.MA UI_08A_W08_36_SP1_V28_2009-12-01_En_Fr_Es_It_Pt.B0M.bin

222X-2ATLES1-163_XO16NJ03_JRD23_NEP_08A_PCB01_GSM_MT6223_S00.MA UI_08A_W08_36_SP1_V28_2009-09-24_En_Es_Galician_Basque_Catalan.B0M.bin

I have tried direct unlock after flash and phone does not turn on completely. I repair security, but phone still locked. I am using latest MModule v3.52.

Support, any ideas?

For newest Alcatel models (f.e. 203, 708, V541 etc.) that freez/reboot after sp-unlock:

1. use "MModule" software v3.22 or newer
2. use "Write" button from software "Service" page and write original imei (from phone back label)
3. make "sp-unlock"
