I have alcatel 888 model (look like s520) for unlock. I just flashed s520x firmware and repair eeprom from support . phone unlocked but keypad malfuntion. any file to repair it ?

What is exact text from phone back label ?

Do you have original full flash backup ?
If you have it, send original full flash backup to [email protected]

Hello,

You have attached not a full flash backup.
To restore phone to it's original state it's need to flash phone with original full flash file.

If you do not have original full flash backup you need to try to flash phone with different S520 files and see results, but it will be better if you will be able to read full flash from good working 888 model and send full flash backup to [email protected] so we will be able to check everything carefully.

you need to use S621 files but not S520 files.
Try it and post results.

also, pls, make phone back label photo and send it to [email protected]
