always got problem when i do flashing plz help - GSM-Forum

Hi i got chines with restart problem 1st i formated but phone doesnt solve problem then i read flash and start flashing with new firmware

Yes i am confused that i have orignal back up then why its not working?
any way its very hard for me to find same version.
I suggest to give idea to Infinity Team to do not make hard Firmwares for Chines phones because i noticed mostly users dont know before flashing that they must need to get 1st back up for emergency cases i have also about 10 dead Units.
so i wanted that make firmware like oridany firmwares ''WRITE FLASH'' set become turn on.
I can hope infinity team will think on my opnion and i am sure they will work thanks

Phone is on with white screen,on LCD it shows FATEL ERORR..

we dont show "backup advice message" to each operation because they are very annoying
i guess everyone has learned this from our FAQ section or documents from Infinity folder.
at least by own experience, after killing 1 phone.

anyway, in your case backup became damaged. I dont have any idea how this happend.
but now we must search for same firmware to rescue it.
please let me know full phone name, becuase i cant find nothing by this software version
