always software hang when im using spd modul

Hello,
Check drivers,model selection and may be need to press boot keys according to phone/platform.
If it is android then sometimes it needs to select pac before operation.

Better start from correct CPU selection and forget about SPD8810 and same ancient one.

this phone CPU is 6820 its not in selection list. its not supported ?

Exactly.
All supported models mentioned in support list, in update list as well.
