better read kp170 full flash as kp215 than send to support and wait for further instructions

most probably its about phone lock code

FORMAT button can desactivate only user code!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are all intrested on SP unlock not user code!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bro it was not user code thread i post and it was insert correct sim card it means sp unlock.all i do was format ffs by chosing kp215 instead of kp170 b'cus kp170 is not in the list.if u have some try and post resoures.gud luck

It is true bro, i also formated a kp170 using kp215 with infinity to unlock SP LOCK.

i formated the fs of kp 170 now only KP170 logo apears on the screen what should i do any idea where is Infinity Team btw ???? any HELP here ?

no prb just power on and wait for 60sec and it will repower alone.

Don't worry just wait for it to boot. Some phones take long to boot after flashing/formating.

Hi after unlock i can't get any signal. Can you please help me? The imei is all zeros, can't infinity repair the imei? Am awaiting your speedy response.
