Hello,

If required file can not be found in support area (please use "search" function in support area first)
it will be good if somebody can read full flash from the same good working phone and send
full flash backup to [email protected] so we will be able to prepare and upload
good working files in support area for all users.

Please, DO NOT send to us backup files from damaged phones. We CAN NOT repair damaged files !

p.s.
We want to ask all users to follow the next easy rules:
1. Please never ask support person to send any files via e-mail or any other way.
2. Please, DO NOT send to us backup files from damaged phones. We CAN NOT repair damaged files !
3. All files that we have already uploaded in support area, we DO NOT have any other files.
4. All files that we have already uploaded in support area and all users can download files easily from support area.

YOU CAN UPLOAD ANOTHER FLASH? WHY THE PROBLEM IS THAT THIS IS THE SCREEN deconfigure.

unfortunately, this is very rare firmware.
we dont have it on support.

what problem with phone? maybe we can solve it without flashing?

EXAMPLE: On the keyboard press the number 1 IF FOR LLAMARY pressing the 9 tactile THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH THIS NEW PHONE BUT NO COUP.

if keys are messed up then only full backup from working phone will help
