shell not opening....need urgent help - GSM-Forum

when i click to open infi. shell , it says missing shortcut & windows keep searching...finally says...it has been changed or removed so this shortcut will no longer work properly.....how to fix this problem? thanks in advance....

Reinstall the main setup once again.
