Member: 25996 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 253 | Archos Tablet AC101T4G SP9832E stuck at logo After incomplete "Dump UserData" opton tablet is now stuck at logo. I can't enter recovery mode manually, but when i do factory reset through Infinity i see that it bootes to recovery and tries to do a factory reset, but display "Error" and reboots. I also tried using "Forced [Format FS / Fix] option but problem remains. I read firmware after that happened, but i haven't tried flash it yet. Member: 462970 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 20,352 | But we explained how to fix that - enoug just perform FW flashing, any 1 partition with PMT update active. It will back all to initial state without data loss. so, way without lost : Have full FW ( factory or from same device, if you have RS/S0/S1 security scheme ) or you can read from target one, if security scheme is SS or NS. Dump data Reflash any partition, i.e. boot with PMt update. |

It was actually more of a test, there was no real data on the tablet so in _this_ case it's fine. You should make a single, sticky thread with all that type of information in one place regarding QLM, SP, SP2, MT, MT2 modules etc. I think it would save both you, and the users the time to look for it and ask the same questions again, mostly ;-) I used to read all the release notes, but not everything is in there and it's hard to track that information later, especially if it's posted somewhere as the reply, or in yet another topic on the forums. | |
