This box is quite old, it's from year 2009.
And as you know it had a problem since many years.
This box has hardware problem.
This box can not be updated any more.

We can:
1. transfer support renew to another box.
In this case give us Serial number of your other box/dongle.
OR
2. support renew order will be refunded.
In this case you can contact to your seller later and discuss
