Backup Firmware for DRA-LX3

Have one Y5 2018 and need Make a backup Firmware the model is DRA-LX3 but when connect for mke a backup have this errors

Preloader mode

PTFN : MediaTek PreLoader USB VCOM (Android) (COM9)

Waiting BOOT ack ...
PRELOADER : ACK confirmed!
BROM : Init BROM

Error : Fail to init protocol!
Remove battery, cable. Check cable/connection/driver! Check SW hint! Repeat operation!

Reconnect Power/Cable!

First, this phone needs Brom mode, holding volume down button ...
Second, I can’t see the reason behind taking a firmware backup, useless.
This model requires a signed factory firmware, your back up shall put other phones to sleep, including itself....

New security requires server authentification, you can’t boot the phone with cm2 Mt2 using the mère DA file and auth file...
