bad problem from 2017-11-07

Hi, i hope u are good. Since i always trsut infinity server, i buy credits for activation because i prefer give my money to infinity no directly to owners.
I've charge credits to request an activation for emmc riff, take long, about 2/3 days to become "completed", but credits are not in my riff box, i've contact legila, told me ask u what happen. I've open a ticket in support, and told me write here... now i've checked conversation and support have deleted all conversation. Can u guys check please what's problem?
