HELLO sir i am a user of infinity bb5 dongle also registered with this same email . my problem is i was using windows 10 os based laptop . it was work well at the first time when i buy dongle . but after long time till now i cannot open this dongle software . i did not installed any antivirus . i don't know how to fix it can you help me pls . now i installed latest version but same issue not open in windows 10 .

Do you see any error message after you run exe ?
