how can i unlock the benq-siemens EF71 with or without TP,if a need make tp i need the pic if not please tell me how,regard

Hello,

If you will need to use TP you will see a message in software like \"connect TP to GND\".
As I remember, you do not need to use TP for EF71.

i cant unlock this benq i have this log

Remove/Install battery now !

Hello,

Did you tried to read text in log ?
It looks like your phone is not locked.
Are you sure that your phone is locked ?

i dont know,but when i put any sim said "no service",what can i do??regard

Hello,

If you see "no service" this means that your phone can not find network but phone is NOT locked !
You must check your sim card or check phone hardware !
