BENQ E61 no voice!! - GSM-Forum

I have one BENQ-SIEMENS, when calling no voice from earphone and loud phone, but you cna hear all melodies and musics..

what should I do now, I want to flash repair eprom, butwhich one should I flash, I don't want to loose Turkish language as there is not Turkish on support..
please urgent help,

are you sure that caller voice and melodys in this phone are coming from same buzzer?

I think here is a misunderstanding..
when calling the phone don't give speaking voice.. but hardware is ok.. cheked.. so I want to flash all the phone.. it may be software fault..

but I am not sure what/how to do? should I flash repair eprom, or flex, or may be all.., but I have in it Turkish language and don't want to loose Turkish lang..as there is not on support..

1. read flash with Tr language and send to [email protected] so we can convert it and upload in support.

But in fact I think it's not a software but hardware problem with your phone.
