BEST dongle active or renew???

My BEST dongle expire with cm2.. Will I need activation again or show I just buy renew??? Problem is that I don't see renew on my server for BEST dongle. Only for infinity box/dongle. Is that the same thing?? Thanks

to make it simple
curently we have 1.19 nk2 version ok

if team released new version as example 1.20
and ur support expired u will not be able to use 1.20
only 1.19 for unlimited time


for cm2 same thing

Infinity [BEST] and Infinity-Box/Dongle are different.

Currently [BEST] do not need any support renew. It may need support renew later in year 2020 but not now.
That's why there is no such product in list like "[BEST] support renew" yet

So if my BEST dongle was activate with cm2 and activation expire. I should order new activation, right? Even tho my BeST dongle was activate already with old cm2, correct?? Because there is no renewal for cm2 on BEST dongle, correct?

[BEST] is [BEST] and it has no relation with Infinity-Box/Dongle (you call it cm2)
Infinity-Box/Dongle is Infinity-Box/Dongle and it has no relation with [BEST]

products are different. but both may live (activated) inside one hardware dongle.

today:
Infinity-Box/Dongle yearly renew - yes
[BEST] yearly renew - no

tomorrow:
Infinity-Box/Dongle yearly renew - yes
[BEST] yearly renew - you will get an information in year 2020
