I got cheated by the following person as detail.-


"Sales & Business Development
............

he asked for $42 to activate CM2 on my old infinity box.
after sent money via paypal to .....

Transaction ID: 8R8488484G009540G
He mail me:-

"activation done
Instruction:
1. Upgrade Box/Dongle firmware with DongleManager http://server1.infinity-box.com/down...ngleManager.7z
2. You will be able to use software updates and access Support Area in several hours"

He disappeared, my box can't run CM2.
no any respond.

Beware !!!

Hello,
Have you tried to contact team again? If he is not Online that doesn't means he is Cheater. He is Product Manager and Owner and do you think he will cheat you for a mere 42$?? Just try to contact team and solve your problem.
And next time before writing/calling anyone cheater first give person some time as may be he is busy or not online.
BTW have you tried to upgrade your box/dongle with Dongle Manager?

i got this mail since Jan-16, I follow the instruction and try to run CM2 every day.
the program show some things like " you must activate via infinity online store .."

tried to contact support from sender no any response from there.

Be patient, I think team will handle your issue in a mature way.
Did you tried to check your Online service account?

Brother we are in business you can activate something for a reason not for time wasting.

If its a mere 42$ be honest to activate his box in time because its the money they Agreed.

if you were given reply to email activation done . means it is done and you have to follow steps that is given to you in that mail .
if you dont follow steps you will never be able to activate your box
after my last email to you activation is done . you have not sent me any email after that for any problems to my email
so i can confirm, you are 100% a liar ! or you do not know what you are doing
