Day ago our friend have got a PM from Respected Team supporter with this request:



I am really sad to see that you have accepted happy copypasting text at end of reply as personal problem.
I am sure that people who never copy/paste will see on that text just likt to friendly joke, but you take it so serious. Why so ?
Please dont be so angry on our team memebers. Lets hope next time happy copypasting text dont make you so angry because honest people who make own software do not be angry to such kind of jokes but people who really copy/paste take such truth like bad words.

I hope now Peace arrived to our houses !

Also my personal reqest - as soon as you will see that our programmers start to copy/paste your work (lets hope its impossible) - please be so kind and report this activity (if you are 100% sure that its a copy/paste) and we will take an action !

Sad but true - we do not use PM (Personal Messages) for support purposes.

Yes it's impossible.
For what, infinity programmer will copy other tols coding, while their codes are full of bugs???

It's a big question....

You did not understand this story well, its relly confusitg story.
"Happy copypasting" was a words of Mr. JayDi and after that words (of Mr. JayDi) we have got complain form other team manager.

No any difference between. pm in lower case case mean "private message"

Products PM/PS must be smart peoples. Very smart. "Support" mean not just posting logs and write completely useless messages over forum just to waste time and space, it mean "help in solving issues/problems/questions". They must have some skills ( at least - use search ) and they must thinking, how their ( previous said ) words/actions and etc. can be looks like and what they bring them in future.

I love Infinity Team for his great work I am Old user of Infinity team Like INFINITY BOX BEST DONGLE and Now CM2 and i found always its on peak.I also use other tools because no one is 100%.and about copy paste i think Infinity team no do this because in CM2Spd many people want SPD 6820/8810 chip support but Jaydi always said no time for old things if Infinity team want copy paste then he can use others solution for their customers but they not.I am happy customer of Infinity team.

We do not want to make any difference in support for users, product supporters and even for presidents and martians.
Thats why we ask all users (users, supporters, presidents and martians) do not send us PMs regarding technical issues but make a posts in public support forum.
I am sure that public discussion is a best way so everybody can see good and bad sides of whole process.
