if you sure that this phone is mt62xx family and you dont have pinfinder then i can teach you how to find pinout using multimeter

hello!

if this phone is mt62xx family then you can power on phone and measure voltages on all phone's connector pins. if you see voltage between 2,7-2,8 volts- they are Tx/Rx

If pinout can not be detected with PinFinder you have to open phone and check is it exist any kind or RX/TX/GND test-points at phone PCB.

Also, what is phone CPU chip name ?
