Hi infinity team,
As i formatted the chinese model Q500 without taking backup it became dead, so after this i tried some versions from the site but the phone is ok now but no display so kindly update the correct firmware in the supported site as soon as possible please, here the version which i had in my phone was ver. sw1: E553_Y3BT_E553_GPRS_MT6226_S01.01_1.BIN
ver. sw2: E553_Y3BT.01.1, 856CAED3. so kindly look this to clear my problem thanks.

unfortunatly no such firmware version on our support site.
you must find same phone to read out flash or wait some forum member to share it with you.

you did not had to flash after set went dead. EEPROM backup created automaticly and located in same directory where CM soft it.
you just had to load it as eeprom and write back to phone.
