i have chinese ztc a66 phone when i try to open camera of the phone it says camera module not ready i format the phone but the problem is still there will u pls tell me is this a software or hardware problem thanks in advance

hello!

battery is fully charged? Most chinese phones writh this warning with near to empty battery
