bluetoth y690 taking full communication, flashing proper but still dead


HI,

I have the above said handset and it is taking full flash and and taking complete formatting. But still the handset is dead. Its backup eeprom & flash file was following:-

I flashed with the many firmwares of y690, complete formatted but still it is dead.

sometimes it blink for 1 second while formatting.

The following were the backup of the handset, but it may not be the correct as the customer visited to some other repir centre before comming to me. He may have flashed it with the files.

When we take backup of eeprom it was saying the address of the eeprom may not correct.

Hello,

1. "it was saying the address of the eeprom may not correct" - it is not so important, eeprom address may be different for different firmware
2. if you have got phone in dead condition and if you do not know original firmware version for sure it's quite hard situation.
You need to check pictures in support area and try to find firmwatre version for your phone: \flashfiles\ChineseMiracle\_doc\pictures
3. Post here your phone photo, probably somebody can tell you what is firmware version
