the phone was rebooting with the 2 sim cards after format ffs safe

the phone is ok but it can't read the 2 sim cards simultaneously and he writes open sim b then searching for network then no thing happen just the first network of the sim a and when you go to the configuration open sim b it counts
1.2.3. but it returns to the menu with out opening the second sim

is it normal or abnormal help my friends

is this double MCU phone or single ?

referring to your soft is one cpu phone ( i did not open the phone)

our soft can not detect how many MCUs is used in phone.

after opening the phone it has double cpu one is MT6226BA the second is MT6205BA

i have used the connector to communicate with the phone it is 18 pin connector
keyboard top
1.........18
2: Gnd
7: Rx
9: Tx

and i formatted it the cpu detected is mt6226BA but the problem is in the second sim it can't be opened
and when i use each sim alone the phone read it without any problem
what should i do ? thank you

thank you problem fixed after connecting to second cpu 6205 using rxb and txb making format ffs complete then rebuilding second imei using any imei phone is working good thank you for your help
