Box Detection Problem


My infinity box is detected as unknown device. I update driver but the but when i update nothing happened mean i am unable to update.

Last nite i unlocked J110i with infinity and the very next morning when have to unlock c168 this problem appear and before that my box was working very well.

Hello,

Please, double check your cable (from box to PC), try to use another USB cable.
Try to connect box to another USB port and try to connect box to another PC.
Let's see results.

Hello,
You can contact to your reseller about this, probably he can help you.
Also, if you have another unibox or card-reader you can remove Infinity-Box smart-card from this unibox and use it in any other card-reader or unibox w/card-reader. But better to talk with reseller first if you care about warranty.

My Reseller is a good person, i send him the box and he said within 7 days he will give me new box. Thanx Mr. Tahir
