If software can't detect phone, then I think only one problem can be: cable. 1. Use cable with "G50" mark 2. Be sure that your cable completely inside phone connector. Maybe it's need to cus plastic around metal pin (picture attached). 3. Be sure that correct COm port selected (when you press "Flash" button you have to see UniBox LED very fast blinking). 4.
