dear team i m getting bug in reading full flash for spice s530 in m module

it gives out file with extension .box and when try to load it on other phone this file gives data corrupted

and when i flashed phone with files on support the phone is giving audio error on blank screen of the phone

then i tried to read full flash and epporam from a working phone through chinies miracle and i got the right flash file and then flashed my phone with that file in chinies miracle and set got alive

here i attach both the readed files from m module and chinies miracle for ur reference

i cant say what's the problem please clear me

Hello,

"ChineseMiracle" has more universal files format.

For all other modules here is an instruction:

Q: How to restore full flash backup

A:
It is possible to restore back eeprom/ffs files.
It is not possible to restore full flash files to avoid permanently dead phones.

If you have full flash backup file and want to restore it:
1. Check support area, probably required file already exist there
2. If required file is not found send a mail with the next information to support:
- reason to send files
- full text from phone back label
- flash backup file
We will check your files, prepare and upload good flash files in support area ASAP.

but my question is that we cant read perfect flash for this model in m module but we can do that in chinies miracle so i request the team to please upload the file which i attached by reading in chinies miracle and change the setting for this model so that chinies miracle opens and not m module

sorry if i have talked too much but that's what i got with my experiance and same is for spice s600 too
