but dongle cannt be found..., what the problem


i receive my best dongle with act cm2 today

after make update dongle and etc.... best dongle and infinity mmodule can run without any problem


at the last i just want to login to support by latest shell

i got problem



and i cannt login to suport...


please help

my problem solved by unninstall and reinstall shell

than run again shell and i able to go support now


but may i know?? why go to support always directly by windows IE??

can i login via chrome??

Hello,

1. I think you do not need to re-install Shell.
Problem reason: Shell can not access Smart-Card if other software use it. So if you are make phone flashing at the momen - Shell cann not ffind Smart-Card because another software already take card.

2. "Shell" use default browser in your OS.
Just set Chrome as a default browser and Shell will use it.
