do you connect in properly?
you must connect phone Tx with box Rx and phone Rx with box Tx.
also, dont forget about GND.in total 3 wires must be used

Hello i think its not mtk chip its spreadtrum chip check your phone with data cable connect your phone with data cable then look at your phone screen what show on there only {pc camera} or {mass memory with 2 other option} if show only {pc camera} then u thinked that your phone cpu spreadtrum this type cpu is not support in infinity box......
