i try to unlock my c139 tracfone with this

C139_1.0.24_Flex_FFN_4R_10X.31F.bin
C139_1.0.24_LPN_NA2_00X_Fr_EsLA.31P.bin
C139_1.0.24_Main.31M.bin

i push write. but i cant unlock it.

COM8 selected
"smart write" active
Action: flash
Write: Firmware
Write: Flex
Write: Language Pack
Skip: Eeprom
Device: C139,C140
Checking data, wait...
Connect...
Press and HOLD Power button...
connection mode: 00

can you help me .....

mostly this problem can b solved
just restart ur pc then try it again

To unlock it you have to disassemble the phone and cut track as indicated by the photo in documentation folder. Then run the repair module. Then flash it with the files. This was a really old problem. You must either be new to infinity or new to this forum.

It's good idea to visit "Documentation" folder on your HDD from time to time.
C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\Documentation\
Infinity-Box_How_to_unlock_C113-C118_2.3.65N_and_newest.htm (the same method for C139)

Remove Cpu Sir Then Remove N1 Flash Again Problem Solve. Tested By Me 100% Working Sir Just Try Carefully Remove Cpu And Reballs It Except N1.

Your phone may have hight version and need to CUT, Repair then flash to revive it like C113 V.2xxxx and be carefull u can loose screen if bad cut track.
