hi support i have problem in my pinfinder .. that can't detected any mobile .. iam sure that is my problem not this great tool ..so i just need help me to can work with this tool- first i make update and activeted my pinfinder but i have this problem - i read ur Infinity-Box_PinFinder.pdf carefully (step by step)-i tried in 8 model's but this is my result ***************************************u can see . and u will know the problemhttp://www.zshare.net/download/10293624aa19b956/

Hello,

You mjst press and hold phone "POWER" button during pinout detection.

Please, see page 19: Automatic pinout detection: Troubleshooting
I hope you can solve at least 99% of possible problems (especially with 8, 12, 14, 15 pins cables) with this instruction.

Please, follow my advice and check pages that I talk about.

sure iam alot of tried

iam read pages 19 carefully (step by step) but .......

He asked me press and hold phone "POWER" iam press ok after this press power botten in mobile

Is it possible to power-on phone when you connected power from PinFinder ?
