Hi infinity team,

Got this C261 for unlock tried both the methods direct unlock method and old unlock method using eeprom from support.

even if i do manage to unlock the phone it keeps on restarting at startup.Plz advice wat should i do to unlock this phone.

Unlock it then flash it with good firmware.

What was with phone when you have got it ?
Is it was simlocked or restart at startup phone ?

Hi,

Try to restore original eeprom backup and repeat unlock process again.
Do not flash phone with backup files from other phones, just restore original eeprom.

I did that and the phone was working fine again but if i try to unlock the phone it keeps on restarting the phone.Before posting I tried u method but to no success.
