Please, download latest PinFinder manual: http://www.infinity-box.biz/download..._PinFinder.pdf
Please, see page 19: Automatic pinout detection: Troubleshooting
I hope you can solve at least 99% of possible problems (especially with 8, 12, 14, 15 pins cables) with this instruction.

InfinitySupport thank you for detailed manual. I read it verry carefull and can tell one more think (here was problem like this): I haved problem to conect phones (DuBao 768, CECT F22...) with L12B. When check voltage on pinfinder RJ was 4,3V-4,4V. Open InfinityBox and short diode - now get 5V. After this pinfinder show me Rx and Tx (4 and 2), phones conect with Infinity software but give me error always when try to do something with phone. Thinking cable is problem but tryed to check something else - start pinfinder and press find button but waiting and press power button after pinfinder show me 4 and 2, pinfinder find one more Rx and Tx position (5 and 3) and with this configuration ALL was OK (flashing, format fs etc...) For me PinFinder is one great helper in my work with chinese phones. If you have problems in conection sometime, my suggestion is : try my case and maybe you can get good result.

BR
Mamin
