why cable model PAD031/L20C/E112 isnt sw pinfinder selector?

I have ASK TVP-5800 Webxpress with user code, this cable is the only one that goes him.
but like PILONCILLO says has doesn't appear to select it in list of the sw.
I need unlock this phone

If you have a cable with 20 pins and if you can not find exact cable name in software - just select in PinFinder software other cable that has 20 (twenty) pins (the same number of [ins like your existing cable).
