Yes you can use it with all what you want !!!
use it with infinity (COM port)
use what you want in other USB port (Dongle)

It is need to check your other box pinout. If pinout is compatible with Infinity-Box unibox then you can use PinFinder.
Check PinFinder manual, you will see required RJ45 pinout at last manual page.

on mulibox lite there are pinout "special" same as UFS and other is UNIbox

I don't know what is Multibox pinout.
If pinout is compatible with Infinity-Box unibox then you can use PinFinder.
Check PinFinder manual, you will see required RJ45 pinout at last manual page.
