Can my PinFinder be over burned due 2 this mistake?
 

Hi. First time that I connected my PF. I was tryng to registrate it. But by mistake i connected a LAN cable. I was not disconnect it for very minutes, I was forgot that. After that, Infinity and PF becomes very hot. I checked infinity scent and was ok, but PF seem like burned scent.

Maybe I damaged the PF? Is yes, theres a solution for repair it?

Can you use Infinity-Box (unibox) ?
What's happen when you connect PinFinder to Infinity-Box and try to activate/register it ?
Do you see any IC damaged at PinFinder PCB ?

I can use Infinity, thanks 2 ***! Still I cant try to activate PinFinder cuz still dont have the mirrored cable. Im just asking before to find cable, for if its true that box was damaged, be finding the components to replace. Thank friend

RJ45 mirrored cable should be in PinFinder package, it's strange that you don't have it.
Please, try to find/build RJ45 mirrored cable and try to detect PinFinder by software, then we will see what to do next.
