can not enter support area plz help - GSM-Forum

i can not enter support area with may infinity box
i have already downloadded the lastes support manager

1. You must download and use latest Support Manager to login in support area !
2. Connect Dongle/Box to PC.
3. Install Support Manager and follow Support area link.

If you cant enter in support area this means that you must download New Support Manager and try again.

Login in Demo mode to see support area functionality.

Hello,

Run Donglemanager, read S/N and send complete text from software window to [email protected]

Include in your mail explanation why you send mail !
