Can not initialize test mode !

Whenever i try to connect phone by soldering wires on board(TX RX GND) i get this error. Many boards have mentioned RX TX and GND on boards but i get this error by soldering wires. If i dont connect GND then i get this error without pressing Power Button and if i connect GND then nothing happen after pressing Power Button.

COM38 [VCP0] selected

Checking data, wait...
Phone should be Switched OFF !
Press and HOLD Power button now !
9600 autodetect
error: boot phase #2/1 failed
Can not initialize test mode !
Possible reasons:
1. communication fault, repeat required operation
2. ffs/eeprom is serious damaged, use repair ffs/eeprom files or use other unlock/format method
error: operation failed !
Finished, time used: 4 sec
Remove/Install battery now !

hello!

you have to follow 2 rules when soldering wires to PCB.
rule number 1: never forget Ground wire. Box RJ45 pin 8 must be connected with phone grounded part.
rule number 2: Tx pin must be connected with pin 3, Rx with pin 2 of RJ45.

in other words: box Tx must be connected with phone Rx, and otherwise box Rx with box Tx
