can not reset TS10!! - GSM-Forum

I have a Toshiba TS10 phone code blocked.. I reseted settings but still code blocked and unlock option is not working, software says data can not find? how to reset TS10 phone code?
urgent help!

Download latest QModule from support area and install it.
Repeat "sp-unlock" process.

I am using QModule 2.21 at the moment, could u please tell me isn't that the last version?

Problem Solved, after reset computer now "unlock" option working and phone unlocked!

infinity team please help, I uploaded flash file from support to TS10

TS10_021_Main.39M.bin
TS10_021_LP1-L06.01_De_Fr_Es.39P.bin
TS10_021_Map_UK0-M04.06.39F.bin

but now lost Turkish lang from the phone, I have read full flash from a same phone but now I can not flash tehm to the phone, I uploaded to rapidshare. could you pls convert it very urgent.I need it very urgent. gsmhosting today gone to mad, terrible, very slow!!
