Cant enter support area


Hi
I download latest Dongle anager
Read dongle info and got user/pass
After go to https://user.infinity-box.com/ and enter log/pass
But cant enter support, allways "Wrong Username or Password"

Any solution for this?

I enter user id readed from Dongle Manager
Get allways: "Account xxxxxx has no valid recovery e-mail. Contact to support !"

Tried different mailbox (one of them 1000% linked to dongle) - not work
How to solve this?
Need urgent
