DongleManager works 100%
connect dongle
click to UPDATE
you will see a message
then you must select Infinity-Box/Dongle
go to "Update Firmware" and clicj to Update again

Error when connecting Card in: FT SCR2000 0
SmartCard API error #2148532329
The smart card has been removed, so that further communication is not possible.

i used the other option on dropdown gamelo e gate smart card 0 =
Card-Reader: Gemalto e-gate Smart Card 0

SCardTransmit error

Smart-Card S/N 0811DD8C is from year 2005, it's 16 years old.


Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box

If problem still exist:
​- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader​

If problem still exist this means it's a hardware problem and you should buy new Dongle.

If you will get new dongle we can transfer activations from old dongle to new one.
