Change IMEI i68+ - GSM-Forum

Hoping someone can help,

I need to change the IMEI on i68+ urgently, it has no com port option when USB plugged in so I cannot use the IMEI Tool javqui.

So I have purchased and infinity box, updated to the latest firmware etc. It did not come with an i68+ cable so I purchased a USB to RJ45 cable and plugged the phones usb cable into it. I have tried to access the phone using brand: 'Chinese- Miracle' but I cannot get it to connect.

Basically I do not know what i am doing, cant find a simple step by step instructions and do not understand about pinouts.

If someone can help please let me know ASAP.

Hello,

If you can not see in your PC new COM port after you have connected USB cable you need to use Rx/Tx/Gnd cable.
You need to find Rx/Tx/Gnd pinout for your phone.

Read an instruction: C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\Pinout\ChineseMiracle\_How_to_fi nd_pinout.jpg
