China Bluetooth A6

i have one a6 just power on and go manu immeditly hang
i did format but no use
this is soft ver.[TAIBO25_06B_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00.MAUI_06B_W07_08. BIN]
but wich flash file mach i don't idea
please help
