price for Language editor activation is 100USD.
you only need this if you want to translate firmwares to other than english language.
if you just want to repair chinese phone- upgrade your box and use CHinese Miracle software for free

chinese miracle is free! flashing unlocking etc but translating software to your own language costed 100$ and its called chinese language editor
