After full format 6300 RH-37 mp4 play as a mp3 format.....

I flash the phone with many file download on support area but same

I flash with that firmwares

did you use "complete" format? maybe you did not refuse automatic backup?
then you have original eepprom file

I refused Automatic saved backup eeprom.......:(:(

I don't have original eeprom backup

proper eeprom file must be used now.
flashing with different firmwares will not help.

try to make factory default settings via phone menu.
