I activated CM2 for my best dongle but when I want to open the software, it'll be asking me to activate the software online. ..

Please what's the solution??

You have to Install and use Test Version (v0.xx) software with Test Version activation.

Any success ?

I installed test version 0.03 but it didn't open. Saying "dongle not connected" but I can open my BB5 easy service tool

What is your Box/Dongle S/N ?

You have CM2 activated well and card updated well 12-Apr.

Download latest CM2 updates from support area (CM2 software version 1.xx) and use it.

Your "same problem" is completely different. Probelm is with reading but not with activation.

You have an instruction at your own image.
Follow the instruction and send e-mail.

My own problem has been solved
After successful activation
1.update card firmware
2.install latest software
And all is well
