my cm2 dongel not opening

What is the problem exactly ?
What software has problem ?

when i click in cm2 mtk or spd it loading but not opining

Hi, what is your Operating System??? please add rule of exclusion for Infinity, please post images of issue.... some of the cases it is for dongle/box drivers....

Do you have fault.bin file in folder with CM2 software ?
